Refund and Cancellation Policy
Because LFC Food supplies perishable agricultural products, special conditions apply.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only if the product has not yet been harvested, packed, or shipped.
Once products enter the export logistics chain, cancellations may not be possible.
Damaged or Defective Products
If a shipment arrives with damage or quality issues:
The buyer must notify LFC Food within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- photos of the shipment
- temperature records if applicable
- inspection report
- description of the issue
Claims Process
After review, possible resolutions may include:
- partial refund
- replacement shipment (subject to availability)
- credit toward a future order
Non-Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds will not apply in cases where damage results from:
- improper storage by the buyer
- delays caused by customs authorities
- mishandling by third-party logistics after delivery
- normal ripening processes of fruit
Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith commercial negotiation between the parties.
